About the Role

As a Senior Installation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting a range of electronic security systems — including CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control — across commercial and industrial sites. You’ll work closely with our projects and engineering teams to ensure every installation is delivered to a high standard and fully compliant with industry regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing and commissioning CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems

• Carrying out first and second fix, programming, and testing

• Providing on-site technical support and resolving faults

• Producing accurate documentation and test certificates

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience installing and commissioning electronic security systems

• Strong knowledge of the following systems:

• Intruder: Pyronix, Honeywell Galaxy & Texecom

• CCTV: Avigilon, Hikvision, Unv

• Access Control: Paxton, PCSC, Ievo, HID, Kantec

• Fire Alarms: Advanced, Hochiki, Kentec, EMS, Apollo, Gent, Notifier

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
